Covid Vaccination - Spring Booster Campaign: Whaddon Healthcare will be running our Covid Clinics at our Water Eaton site from Thursday 25th April. Eligible patients will be contacted to make an appointment, alternatively you can call our Covid Booking Line on 01908 752958 to make an appointment. More information is available below in our Covid section.

Surgery Closure: The surgery will be closed for training between 2:30pm and 6:30pm on Thursday 25th April 2024. Please note, we will be running our Covid Vaccination Clinic at Water Eaton, if you have booked an appointment, you will be able to attend this as booked.

Medical Queries: The medical queries section is not currently available on the website, if you have a query of this nature, please contact Reception

Accurx: Our surgery has launched a new system called Accurx. For more information please see the introducing Accurx section below

Prescriptions Telephone Line: Please note from 04/03/2024 our Prescriptions telephone line will permanently closed. For enquiries please submit via Accurx or come into the surgery.

Spring Booster 2024 Covid Campaign

Whaddon Healthcare will be starting our Spring Booster 2024 Covid campaign from Thursday 25th April 2024 at our Water Eaton branch.

Appointments are available to book now. 

Patients who are eligible** will be invited via text message to self book an appointment. For those who do not have a mobile, we will call to arrange an appointment for you.

Eligibile Cohorts that Whaddon Healthcare can vaccinate:

  • Adults aged 75 years and over
  • Residents in a care home for older adults.
  • Individuals aged 18 years and over who are immunosuppressed

ACCURX...

We want to improve access to patients and provide one avenue of communication. We aim to streamline our processes, to ensure the best possible care and attention is given to our patients.

Accurx is a communication tool that is designed to link your contact with the surgery, directly to your records. It is an online service that allows you to communicate with the surgery easily, instead of waiting in a call queue.

Once the system is fully intergrated, patients will be able to request appointments, request medication, make a general enquiry, reply to messages and complete medical questionnaires.

On 04/03/2024 Whaddon Healthcare launched the admin function for queries online, for a quick demonstration please follow app.arcade.software/share/p630RPsnZVkSeUtWG7zc
